TOP 5 HEALTHY BEVERAGES TO ENJOY OTHER THAN WATER

Now, this article is about my favourite beverages other than water. Basically water always comes at number one for me because I think it has the most benefits than any other liquid. Thats why I try to drink water as much as I can and tell others  around me the same. But if I talk about other healthy beverages, there are so many of them that I also like. Still I've chosen my favourite 5...

1. GREEN TEA

So green tea is the number one beverage after water for me. And trust me when I say that it is so good for you and one of the healthiest beverage that I've come across. It is considered to be an “anti-aging beverage.” "It's the healthiest thing I can think of to drink," says Christopher Ochner, PhD (a research scientist).

If we talk about its origin, green tea actually comes from the same plant from where normal tea is obtained. Scientifically, it is known as "Camellia sinensis". In fact, it is the same tea but it is processed differently. The normal black tea is obtained by fermenting the tea leaves. This fermentation changes its color and flavor while raising the level of caffeine and tannin in it. On the other hand, in the case of green tea, fresh harvested leaves are quickly steamed to prevent fermentation, resulting in a dry stable product. Throughout Asia, this beverage has a multitude of uses from lowering blood pressure to preventing cancer. It is very beneficial for weight loss. The polyphenol found in green tea works to intensify levels of fat oxidation and the rate at which your body turns food into calories. It also delays aging.
Research shows that people who regularly drink green tea do not fall victim to common bacterial and viral infections as easily as those who do not add it to their diet. It boosts the immune system. Studies show that green tea significantly reduces LDL cholesterol ( low- density lipoprotein or bad cholesterol) concentrations. Regular consumption of green tea is thought to reduce the risk of high blood pressure. Green tea apparently helps regulate glucose levels slowing the rise of blood sugar after eating. This can prevent high insulin spikes and resulting fat storage. Some studies show that it is also very effective in the prevention of cancer and some say that it has no effect on cancer. Apart from causing premature aging, free radicals are also responsible for causing certain types of cancer. The catechins present in green tea may help neutralize these free radicals, prevent the formation of carcinogens like nitrosamines and reduce the risk of cancer.  Studies suggests that the chemical antioxidant “catechin” in tea can destroy bacteria and viruses that cause throat infections, dental caries and other dental conditions. Studies have also shown that the effects of catechins on eye diseases and found that consuming more catechins may help protect the eyes from oxidative damage and vision loss.
All in all green tea is very beneficial for our health. There are also many different types of green tea like Sencha, Matcha, Bancha, etc... First originated in China but now it has become much popular all over the world. It’s important to point out that while it might be very beneficial, drinking green tea alone likely won’t improve your life span or protect you from disease. Research suggests that a combination of lifestyle components account for the health benefits observed in people that drink tea. So in order to feel better, lose weight and lower your risk of chronic diseases, you might want to consider making green tea a regular part of your life....

2. LEMONADE

Lemonades are just amazing and delicious as drinking in the summer. Nowadays, many restaurants serve it routinely, and some people start their day with lemon water instead of coffee or tea. There’s no doubt lemons are delicious, but does adding them to water make you healthier? It actually does.

Lemon is one of the most popular and versatile citrus fruit. Along with its obvious use as a flavor, lemon since long has also been used for its medicinal value. A rich source of vitamin C, lemon possess immense health benefits ranging from its antibacterial and antiviral properties to its immune boosting abilities. They give flavor to many sauces, salad dressings, marinades, drinks, and desserts. lemon water promotes hydration and it also aids in digestion. As some people drink lemon water as a daily morning laxative to help prevent constipation. Drinking warm or hot lemon water when you wake up may help get your digestive system moving. Lemon juice is also very effective at cleansing the liver as it promotes the liver to flush out toxins. With its powerful antibacterial properties, lemon juice helps fight infections. It also helps fight common cold. It also freshens our breath. We can avoid bad breath by drinking a glass of lemon water after meals and first thing in the morning.

The citric acid in lemons may help prevent kidney stones. Drinking lemon water not only gets you citrate, but also the water you need to help prevent or flush out stones. Lemon’s anti-inflammatory properties help in fighting respiratory tract infections, sore throat and inflammation of tonsils. Lemon water is also a popular remedy for many kinds of skin problems ranging from acne, rashes and wrinkles to dark spots. It is great source of Vitamin C and it may reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease and stroke, and lower blood pressure.
Iron deficiency is one of the most common nutrient deficiencies in developed countries and a leading cause of anemia. Pairing foods that are high in vitamin C with foods that are iron-rich maximizes the body's ability to absorb iron. It can also assist in treating a person who is suffering from a cold, flu or fever. It helps break fevers by increasing perspiration. Lemon juice has proven itself useful in the treatment of hair care on a wide scale. When applied to the scalp, the juice can treat problems like dandruff, hair loss and other problems related to the hair and scalp. Using lemon juice on the site of old burns can help fade the scars, and since it is a cooling agent, it reduces the burning sensation on the skin while you have an irritating burn.
Lemon water is generally safe to drink, but there are a few potential side effects to be aware of. When it comes to heartburn, lemon water can go either way. The citric acid may cause heartburn in some people. Others experience relief from heartburn, as lemon juice becomes alkaline, reducing acidity in digestion. But aside from that it has major health benefits too. Adding lemon to your water may help you drink more throughout the day and keep you hydrated . Staying hydrated is critical to good health, so in my opinion lemon water is pretty much a great addition to our diet.

3. HOT CHOCOLATE

First of all, hot chocolate is very delicious but did you know that it is also good for your health too? In any region, hot chocolate is a cup of cheer especially as the weather starts cooling down. In the midst of winter, hot chocolate is a satisfying and soothing beverage that can warm chilled hands. Hot chocolate has been around for centuries, and considered a “drink of the Gods.” Hot cocoa is a powerful elixir – one which boosts mood and vitality and combats stress, anxiety, and pain.

Hot chocolate is a heated beverage made from shaved chocolate, melted chocolate buds, or cocoa powder mixed with sugar and heated milk or water.A large body of research shows that cocoa has many heath benefits, likely due to beneficial antioxidants called flavanols that have potential disease-fighting properties. Hot chocolate is good for your heart: the milk in hot cocoa can help protect against strokes. Cocoa flavanols can lower blood pressure and maintain healthy blood vessel function by making blood vessels more flexible and able to expand to improve blood flow. Healthy fats in dark cocoa help blood absorb sugar slowly, which prevents insulin spikes so in this way it is easy on our blodd sugar level. A UK-based study found that a big cup of hot chocolate can help produce better math skills. Dark chocolate can lower high blood pressure, according to a medical study performed in Germany, and milk, full of calcium and Vitamin D, can reduce blood pressure as well. They can be brilliant combined!
Cocoa flavanols can also improve blood vessel function in the brain, and might help reverse age-related memory decline in healthy older adults.
A preliminary study found that the group drinking a cocoa drink for 3 months improved the function of a brain area important for memory and performed significantly better on memory tests than the control group. The tannins in cocoa contain oxalic acid, which lowers acid production and reduces plaque growth. This prevents tooth decay as long you practice good dental hygiene every day. In addition, dark hot cocoa contains theobromine, known to harden enamel and help prevent discoloration. Your morning mug of dark chocolate is loaded with flavonoids, much loved for increasing the skin’s hydration and improving complexion. They also absorb harmful UV light, protecting you from skin cancer. n addition to cocoa’s positive impact on age-related mental degeneration, its effect on the brain may also improve mood and symptoms of depression.
One study on chocolate consumption and stress levels in pregnant women found that more frequent intake of chocolate was associated with reduced stress and improved mood in babies . It is also very important that we make our own hot chocolate as it is more natural and organic The general rules when we're making a hot chocolate should be:

The darker the chocolate, the more antioxidants it contains.
The higher cocoa content, the more antioxidants it contains.
The less sugar, the better it is for your overall health.

Cocoa has captivated the world for thousands of years and is a big part of modern cuisine in the form of chocolate. It has much benefits but remember that  chocolate still contains significant quantities of sugar and fats, so if you’re going to use it, stick to reasonable portion sizes and combine it with a healthy balanced diet.

4. GINGER TEA

“Everything good is found in ginger,” states an old Indian proverb. ginger has been used for millennia to spice food and treat ailments. Ginger is native to Asia and is the flowering plant of the Zingiberaceae family. Its root, or stem, adds flavor to many types of cuisine, but is also an ancient herbal remedy for a host of ailments. Currently, India and China produce most of the world’s ginger because it grows best in warm, damp areas.

The aromatic, spicy root has long been used in both traditional and Western healing systems to make tea. Ginger tea brings with it a host of powerful health benefits. The phenolic compounds in ginger are known to help relieve gastrointestinal (GI) irritation, stimulate saliva and bile production, and suppress gastric contractions as food and fluids move through the GI tract. Ginger contains anti-inflammatory properties that make it an ideal home remedy for muscle and joint problems. In addition to drinking ginger tea, you can also use it to soak inflamed joints. It is also a great source of pain relief. Ginger tea may also help alleviate headaches, menstrual cramps, sore muscles, and other types of pain. It’s believed that the antioxidants in ginger can help strengthen your immunity and reduce stress.
Chewing raw ginger or drinking ginger tea is a common home remedy for nausea during cancer treatment. Ginger is safe to use during pregnancy, to relieve nausea. It is available in the form of ginger lozenges or candies. Ginger tea has calming properties that may help lower your stress and tension. This is thought to be due to a combination of the strong aroma and healing properties. Research has even shown that ginger may help prevent cancer. In laboratory research ginger has been shown to fight several different types of cancer cells, including pancreatic cancer and colon cancer. During cold weather, drinking ginger tea is good way to keep warm. It is diaphoretic, which means that it promotes sweating, working to warm the body from within.
It also relieves menstrual discomfort when it is taken with honey. The vitamins, minerals and amino acids in ginger tea can help restore and improve blood circulation that may help decrease the chance of cardiovascular problems. Ginger may prevent fat from depositing in the arteries helping to prevent heart attacks and stroke. Other possible uses include reducing cholesterol, lowering the risk of blood clotting, and helping to maintain healthy blood sugar levels.

Drinking ginger tea can have side effects, but you’re unlikely to experience problems unless you consume very large amounts. Nausea, heartburn, gas are some of the symptoms reported by people. Although you probably shouldn’t go overboard with it, ginger tea is an easy, delicious, and all-natural way to promote good health. In addition to the many health benefits, you can also simply sit back with a warm mug, breathe in, sip slowly, and enjoy.

5. COFFEE

Coffee is one of the world’s most popular beverages. Coffee is a brewed drink prepared from roasted coffee beans, the seeds of berries from certain Coffea species. There has been much debate about coffee being a good drink for our health or not due to the presence of caffeine.  Studies have shown that that drinking coffee every day can help lower your risk of many serious health conditions and even help you feel better. There are good reasons to drink coffee and there are a few reasons not to. Thanks to its high levels of antioxidants and beneficial nutrients, coffee drinkers have a much lower risk of several serious diseases.

Coffee can help people feel less tired and increase energy levels. That’s because it contain caffeine — the most commonly consumed psychoactive substance in the world. Caffeine blocks an inhibitory neurotransmitter in your brain, which causes a stimulant effect. This improves energy levels, mood and various aspects of brain function. Italian researchers found that coffee consumption lowers the risk of liver cancer by about 40%. In addition, some of the results suggest that if you drink three cups a day, the risks are reduced by more than 50%. Studies have shown that drinking coffee can actually raise your metabolism and help you burn fat at a faster rate, thus positively affecting your weight loss. Caffeine does this by stimulating your nervous system, causing it to send signals to your fat cells to break down body fat. It can also improve physical performance it increases epinephrine (adrenaline) levels in your blood which is the fight-or-flight hormone, which prepares your body for intense physical exertion. Coffee is the number one source of antioxidants in the U.S., according to researchers.

It also helps in reducing pain. Two cups of coffee can cut post-workout muscle pain by up to 48%.  Even moderate consumption of coffee can reduce the odds of developing colorectal cancer by 26%. This protective benefit increases with more consumption. Many of the nutrients in coffee beans make their way into the finished brewed coffee. A  single cup of coffee may contain nutrients like Vitamin B2, B3, B5, Potassium and Manganese. It is also characterized by elevated blood sugar levels caused by insulin resistance or a reduced ability to secrete insulin. Several observational studies show that coffee drinkers have a much lower risk of type 2 diabetes, a serious condition that affects millions of people worldwide. There have been studies that show that moderate coffee drinking lowered the risk of coronary heart disease in women.
Studies have shown that higher coffee and caffeine intake is associated with a significantly lower incidence of Parkinson’s Disease. his benefit, along with the reduction in AD and dementia, make coffee an important part of your strategy to get older without losing your mental strength and clarity. Recent study has shown that risk for developing gout (in men) decreases with increasing coffee consumption.
For most people, coffee can be a healthy part of the diet. But if it is consumed in high amounts, then it also has some possible risks. Caffeine can cause anxiety symptoms in normal individuals, especially in vulnerable patients, like those with pre-existing anxiety disorders or having a negative effect on cardiovascular health in young adults with mild hypertension or it can also cause dehydration.

Coffee is a highly popular beverage around the globe that boasts a number of impressive health benefits. If you enjoy its taste and tolerate its caffeine content, don’t hesitate to pour yourself a cup or more throughout the day. But the key is MODERATION.

So these were my favourite beverages, let me know if you people drink any of them and tell me your favourite drink in the comments below.....

5 AMAZING HAIRDOS THAT I REALLY LIKE

For the next article, I was thinking of sharing my favourite hairstyles to do. I usually try these myself whenever I am going somewhere and some of these hairstyles that I want to try myself....The best part is that all of these are really easy to make and they usually don't take much of your time. Easy for people like me who don't know various and difficult hairstyles...So here they are...

1. MESSY BUN

Messy bun is really common these days and its also a very simple and pretty hair do but it also requires much effort because as much as it seems effortless, it is not.  Unfortunately, our struggle to master the perfect "I-woke-up-like-this" messy bun has also required a massive amount of effort (and many lost minutes). Usually, it’s either too messy and deflated or too ballerina-tight, or just wrong all together....but now there is a way that we can all master this perfect messy bun hairstyle in just three steps.
STEP #1
First, flip your head upside down and pull your hair into a loose ponytail, as high or as low as you’d like it. Don’t use a comb or worry about your strands being perfectly slicked back — some bumps are ok.

STEP #2
Twist the hair, and spin it around the base of the ponytail, continuing to wrap below the bun. Be sure to leave the tail out at the end.

STEP #3
Secure it with a hair elastic and bobby pins.

QUICK TIP:
One of our favorite things about messy buns is they work well on dirty hair, but if your hair is clean and you want to pull off the look, spray your hair with dry shampoo or texturizing spray to add some texture and grip. To make your messy bun look even more, well, messy, pull on the sections and the pieces of hair that frame your face. Also we can wear it throughout the day but only redo it if it’s really drooping; otherwise, go with it. And there you have it — effortless style that’s actually easy to achieve.

2. WATERFALL BRAID

The waterfall braid is one of the most gorgeous hairstyles ever. Most of your hair is left loose, and you can show off your shiny and long locks (if you have Rapunzel-like hair!) or go the punk way (if you like your braid messy) with equal elan. This princessy braid emits a romantic aura and makes you look extremely feminine. I am sure you all can easily try it at home.

STEP #1
First, work a mousse or styling gel into dry strands to help hold the braid you’re about to create. (If you just showered, make sure your hair is fully dry before beginning.) Part your hair, then take a section of hair on the heavier side of the part and spray it with hairspray, says Norton. You won’t have to spray the other side of the part since this hair will simply sit naturally. “Adding the hairspray to the side you’re braiding helps give the hair some added grip and control while you style and is the most important part of this making it easy to do at home.”

STEP #2
Next, divide the section of hair on the heavy side of the part into three smaller 1-inch sections as if you were starting a regular braid. Start the braid by crossing the strand closest to your part over the middle strand, and then crossing the bottom strand over the middle strand.

STEP #3
Continue crossing, now with the top strand over the new middle strand, but this time, instead of crossing the top strand over the middle strand, drop the middle strand down (like a waterfall) so that it blends in with the rest of your unbraided hair.

STEP #4
Now, when you go to take your next piece, take it from closer to your part. This strand will replace the strand you dropped and become your new top section. Cross this piece over the middle and continue the braiding pattern.

STEP #5
Now, cross the back strand over and bring in hair per usual. The next cross-over, drop the front strand, instead bringing in a replacement strand. Continue braiding in this fashion until the braid reaches the back of the head.

STEP #6
Continue braiding the three strands down into a regular braid and pin it against the head. Lay hair over the top of the pin to hide it and then spray the midshaft and ends with more hairspray for a more modern look and feel.

It's all done now. This casual elegant hairstyle is suitable for most events..simple yet classy.

3. PONYTAIL WITH A PUFF HAIRSTYLE

Ponytails are a chic way of keeping the style trimmed and pretty. This hairdo is the most sought after as it enhances the personality and gives a fresher younger feel to the wearer. Sporting your hair pulled back into a pony has always been feminine and classy. Ponytails are actually kind of my thing..

STEP #1
   Comb your full hair backwards.

STEP #2
Take the front section at the top of the head and comb it backwards to fluff it up. Use some hair spray to hold the puffed up look.

STEP #3
Apply some gel to get hold of each strand of hair from the sides and to tame down the puffed look a bit.

STEP #4
Tie a high pony and secure with elastic band.

And you're done. So its that easy and it doesn't really take much time. You can do this look whenever you're going somewhere like a party evening or wherever you want to. Also if you have mid length hair, then this one is a good hairstyle with a retro touch.

4. MESSY HALF TOP KNOT
This one is really cool and pretty hairstyle for long and for short hair. Really easy too.

STEP #1
Backcomb the hair at the crown of your head.

STEP #2
Start teasing your hair from the top and move down.

STEP #3
Comb the top of the teased hair to make it look neat.

STEP #4
If you want to jazz it up a bit more, weave the lifted hair into a super loose French braid.

STEP #5
Once you reach the crown, tie the rest of the hair from the section into a top knot. Secure it in place with an elastic band and bobby pins.

STEP #6
Pancake the knot to make it look messy, and spritz on some hairspray to secure it in place.

It's a fun and chic hairstyle and very easy so I do it myself too.

5. Easy Braided Ponytail

So this hairstyle is perfect for a day filled with classes, this ponytail wrapped with a braid is chic, simple, and takes less than 5 minutes to do! Honestly, what more could you ask for from a hairstyle?

STEP #1
Prep your washed, dried hair with some smoothening serum.

STEP #2
Part your hair deeply on one side.

STEP #3
Leaving out your bangs, pick up a big chunk of hair from the front from the side of the parting with more hair.

STEP #4
Do a simple 3 strand braid with this section and secure it at the end with a hair elastic.

STEP #5
Gather all your hair (including the braid) into a mid-level ponytail at the back of your head and secure it with a hair elastic.

STEP #6
Remove the hair elastic at the end of your braid and unravel your braid.

STEP #7
Pick up a thin section of hair and wrap it around the base of your ponytail to conceal the hair elastic.

STEP #8
Secure this thin section of hair with a bobby pin under your ponytail to finish off the look.

This look is pretty much elegant, classy and pretty. But no very complicated. You can do it yourself.

So that were my favourite hairstyles which are super easy in my opinion. Let me know if you've tried out these hairstyles or any of them . Or you can tell me what your favourite hairstyles are in the comment below........

TOP 5 DJS THAT I'M IN LOVE WITH AT THE MOMENT

"Music is an outburst of the soul"

                                        BY FREDERICK DELIUS
Well, now I was thinking about writing n article on music because music is quite a big part of my life...Or well better yet, it actually plays quite a role in all of our lives. I listen to music whenever I am happy, sad, worried, angry or simply I want to. It is also  great escape from our problems and everything. And as one of my favourite quotations is:
.            "I think music in itself is healing. It's explosive expression of humanity. Its something we are all touched by. No matter what culture we're from, everyone loves music"
                                  BY BILLY JOEL
But I can't really choose my favourite songs and singers because there are just so many. So, I thought why not make the article on my favourite DJs at the moment. Here are some of my all time favourite DJs....

1. THE CHAINSMOKERS

The Chainsmokers are an American DJ and production duo consisting of Alex Pall and Andrew Taggart. They started out by releasing remixes of songs by indie artists. The EDM-pop duo achieved a breakthrough with their 2014 song "#Selfie", which became a top twenty single in several countries. They have won a Grammy award, two American Music Awards, seven Billboard Music Awards and eight iHeartRadio Music Awards.
I heard their music 3 years ago for the first time. "Closer" was the first song I heard of them and it became my favourite right away at that time. It came out in 2016 and as amazing this song is, it is one of their most famous songs. It features an American singer Halsey. In the United States, "Closer" became both The Chainsmokers' and Halsey's first number one single on the Billboard Hot 100. The song stayed at the top spot for 12 consecutive weeks. In 2018, the song received a diamond certification by the RIAA (Recording Industry Of Association America) for selling 10 million units in the United States.
The Chainsmokers were initially made up of Pall and former DJ Rhett Bixler. The Chainsmokers were re-formed as an EDM DJ duo in 2012 under the management of Adam Alpert in New York City. So after "Selfie" they released the single "Good Intentions" in 2015 and then their follow-up song "Roses"(simply wonderful) was released which became a commercial success and had been certified multiplatinum in several countries. And then in 2016, the duo released a new single, "Don't Let Me Down", featuring vocals from American singer Daya, which won a Grammy award. They have also done some great collaborations like with Coldplay. their song "Something Just Like This". It broke the record for most views of a lyric video in one day with 9 million plays. And recently the duo released the single "Who Do You Love", a collaboration with Australian band 5 Seconds of Summer, on February 7, 2019. Also my current favourite.  And this list goes on and on.
"All we know", "Paris", "Sick Boy", "You Owe Me", Everybody Hates Me", "Side Effects", "This Feeling" are some of their major hits. Their albums include Memories...Do Not Open released on April 7, 2017 and Sick Boy released on December 14, 2018.  They have thirty-four singles, nineteen music videos, and thirty-six remixes. Their remixes are also really good including "The Me Home", "We Own The Night", "Flaws" and many more...
Both members are really great and fun to watch in real life. And the most interesting fact is that Andrew Taggart sings too. Infact nowadays he sings most of their songs.

My all time favourite songs of them are Closer, Wake Up Alone and Paris. You should give these a try.

2. ZEDD

"There's always good things when times are bad, [but if] you only look at the bad things, you get hung up. I think sometimes it's good to just step away for a second, look at the positive things and all the good things we have."
                                                                            -ZEDD

My first song of him was "Stay" which I heard in 2017 which became my favourite. From that song I started listening to his all songs and here I am now his huge fan. So his first biggest hit was  "Clarity", featuring British singer-songwriter Foxes, was released on 1 February 2013 as the album's third single. It charted in the top 10 of Billboard Hot 100, sold 2,238,000 copies, and was certified platinum, making it Zedd's most successful single to date. One of my favourite songs "Starving" featuring Hailee Steinfield was released on July 15, 2016 which was also a major hit.
In 2017 he organized a benefit concert for the American Civil Liberties Union, prompted in response to US President Donald Trump's executive order to "suspended all refugee admissions for 120 days and blocked citizens of seven Muslim-majority countries, refugees or otherwise". He is also a really great person. Then in 2017 he released "Stay" featuring Alessia Cara  which debuted at number 28 on the Billboard Hot 100 and 33 on the UK Singles Chart. In March 2018, Billboard named Zedd as number seven on their 2018 ranking of dance musicians titled Billboard Dance 100. Recently on 14 February 2019, Zedd released his collaboration with Katy Perry, "365" which is also amazing song. He has released 2 albums which "Clarity" in 2012 and "True Colors" in 2015. Both were  major hit.

My all time favourite songs of him are Lost In Japan, Get Low, Happy Now. You should give these a try.

I had to put him on this list because in my opinion, He's one of the best out there. Without further ado, let me tell you some fun facts about DJ Waltzz. That's right, he is also known as "DJ Waltzz".
Alan initially had no musical background; however, he later taught himself by watching tutorials on Youtube based on Music production. He was known as DJ Waltzz before signing a record deal and releasing his debut single in 2014. Walker released his single "Faded" on 8 December 2015 and featured uncredited Pop singer Iselin Solheim. The music video on Youtube has over 2.2 Billion views and 15 million likes, placing it among the Top 10 most liked Youtube videos. 4 weeks previously, he achieved the first place on NRJ Euro Hot 30 for the first time, which only has been achieved by another of my Top Djs in this list, Kygo. Besides "Faded", he has also released many singles over the past  years such as "Sing Me To Sleep", "The Spectre", Alone" and " All Falls Down". On 21st March 2019, he released a single "On My Way", featuring Sabrina Carpenter and Farruko.
Alan Walker always wears a hoodie and a face mask to perform on stage. When asked why he uses a mask during an interview by NRK, he stated that " It is to keep a low profile while maintaining the mental image they have given me. I think its pretty cool. A little twist that makes people ask themselves questions about who really is the person behind Alan Walker". On an episode of his Unmasked series, he stated  that " The mask is more of a sign and a symbol of unity and being alike to each other, rather than me being different".
My all-time favourite songs of him are "Sing Me To Sleep", "Ignite" and "Diamond Heart". You should give these a try.

4. KYGO

Real name Kyrre Gørvell-Dahll (born 11 September 1991), better known by his stage name Kygo is a Norwegian DJ, record producer, and songwriter. He first garnered international attention with his remix of the track "I See Fire" by Ed Sheeran, which has received over 55 million plays on SoundCloud and 76 million views on YouTube in 2015. His single "Firestone" which has over 500 million views on YouTube with an additional 560 million plays on the music streaming service Spotify, was released in August 2017. He holds the world record of fastest 1 billion streams on Spotify.
My first song of him was "It Ain't Me" which I heard in 2017. It is a really great song. It became my favourite just when I heard it first time. He has since released several singles, such as "Stole the Show", "Here for You", "Stay", and of course "It Ain't Me", which have debuted on several international charts. He also made history on 21 August 2016 at the 2016 Rio Olympics, when he became the first house music producer to perform at an Olympics closing ceremony. In February 2015, Kygo's song "ID" was featured in the official trailer for Ultra Music Festival. The same track is also featured on FIFA 16, a popular association football video game by EA Sports. On 21 March 2015, he released his second single, titled "Stole the Show", featuring Parson James, which as of September 2018, had 304 million views on YouTube. On 31 July 2015, he released his third single, "Nothing Left", featuring Will Heard. "Nothing Left" reached number one on the Norwegian Singles Chart. On 4 September 2015, he released his fourth single, titled "Here for You", featuring Ella Henderson, which was revealed to be the vocal version of the song "ID" that was released as part of the Ultra Music Festival.                                He was named Spotify’s “Breakout Artist of the Year,” as well as becoming the fastest artist to reach one billion streams on the same platform. Also his stage name is pretty awesome in my opinion.  In an interview with newspaper Fanaposten, he quoted; "Kygo [as an artist name] has been absolutely perfect. It is very easy to say, in both Norwegian and English. [And] I have no need to change the artist name [in the future]". He has also won several awards like Best Break-Through DJ, Best Live Act, Best International Video for "It Ain't Me" and many more.....
